I love the hair and the options such as the half packs. It offers a lot of versatility with clients budget and custom blending options. The hair itself is so good and you get a lot of bang for your buck in terms of grams per weft. The only thing I will say is to plan ahead because they do sell out of what you need often and don’t restock as fast. But for a local company in AZ I prefer them over other brands ❤️

I've used and seen hair from several different companies. Salty Hair is by far my favorite! My clients have all commented on the quality of their hair and how much they love it. The premium hair is my favorite!

I purchased about $1000 of hair last year, soon after I had already custom colored and installed them for my client, therefore avoiding any warranty, I received an email from their customer service, apologizing for the issue with their supplier and the quality of the hair, which my client had already started expressing concern about within the first eight weeks of wear.
Apparently the hair that I had ordered had been part of a bad batch, I emailed the company back and received no response. in the email that I had originally gotten from the company, they offered everyone that had ordered within that time window, a $50 credit/coupon to their next order, but considering I had spent over $1000 on the hair I ordered, $50 does not even cover one weft, let alone one package.

I’m sure that their hair regularly is good quality, I have known other hairstylist to love the quality of the hair and use them repeatedly. But due to that experience I will not be purchasing hair from this company.

Everything has been so great. Customer service and hair is top notch!

I love the quality of Salty hair and customer service is superb! Just wish there were more colors to choose from and better availability!
