EXCHANGE POLICY

**We value trust and transparency and are confident in our products**

If you have mismatched the color you need, need a different color, or have a concern over the quality and would like to exchange or return your order you must do so within 30-days. We will refund your amount 100% hassle free and also pay for shipping both ways for unused hair.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR SALTY HAIR ITEM:

Please email us at support@saltyhairextensions.com explaining the issue (include your order number) and someone will contact you within 1 business day.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US.

Items need to be returned UNOPENED, in original packaging. Which means the following for each item:

  • Original ties MUST still be in place around (unaltered) full weft. 
  • If damage or alteration is visible, the item will not be exchanged. 

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

We are not alone – other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
